Striker situation

    So we need another striker however we obviously know dkd and didsy are infront of them. So we need a striker to be a super sub or play not necessarily full games...
    So why dont we bring NORWOOD BACK.
    He's playing tonight against us...still has the goals, class and fitness to play not every game.
    He's only 33. Surely he would return...we need the mature experience players in our team hence our promotion to the Premier league.

    He’s 35 next month and was released by Oldham following their promotion from non-league. He only managed 9 goals in non league last season and had to under go a trial at Fleetwood before being offered a contract. He’s not good enough, move on.

    Norwood has just signed for Fleetwood, he isn't going to move again.

    I honestly don't think a striker should be a priority, maybe one on loan but we have Didzy, DKD and Cleary (who has played upfront before) and we are only playing 1 up front. We need to be buying a good centre back and another winger ideally.

    No thanks. He's a decent sh*thouse big match player but he's not a good player over 30-40 games.

    He scored 12 in 42 for us and he was a better player then than he us now.

    I like him but it would be a step backwards

    Age is just a number....usyk showed that in boxing weeks ago...shirtliff, Shotton, hendrie, Wilkinson, Thompson. Players in their 30s aren't old....

    He’s not our level any longer but we 100% need another striker, if nothing else so DKD can play in his natural position, yes he’s scored twice but he’s not been massively involved. The usual few will try and pick fault with mhim comments but you’d expect him to stand out rather than be semi anonymous.

    I hope he continues to be semi anonymous and scoring a goal every game.

    What with him, and Phillips going missing whilst contributing three goals in two games, we aren’t doing bad.
