    I've just read the Huddersfield predictions thread and of those that were brave enough to predict an outcome there's not too many that said Alfie would rip us a new one. Plenty that thought we would struggle though.

    I thought even 11 v 11 we were the better side.
    I was a little bit anxious going into the game,thinking I hope we dont get stuffed.
    Would have been happy with a point.
    Half time came never felt more confident we were going to win ,since Port Vale at home 7 0

    Still mystifies me why we didn't try to sign him when Duff was in charge. I'm guessing we could have got him for a relatively modest fee. Was he considered to be "too old" by any chance?

    Did we really need him then? I would have taken him over Tedic obviously but for some reason Duff seemed to like him.

    I’m sure we can beat anyone in this league. I still don’t think we can do it on a consistent basis though. But I think we’re showing signs of being co tenders for a play off place.

    If we sort some deficiencies out today, keep our better players, stay injury free and get on a roll then you never know what might happen….. but I’m not confident on the first two points sadly.
