Not at all. I've not defended the actions of Labour once. I'll never vote for them again due to their actions in this parliament and the massive leap to the right that they've taken.

Don't pretend there's nothing to complain about regarding Farage though. A man who is quite literally actively campaigning against the UK to a foreign country.

 

How is he campaigning against the UK? By saying our government is supressing free speech?

 

Lying to a foreign nation in an attempt to convince them to implement sanctions against the UK that will directly harm the UK and all citizens of the UK.

He’s not just “saying” it, he’s deliberately painting the UK as some kind of authoritarian state, which is nonsense. No one has more airtime than Farage - he’s on TV (has his own show on Gbeebies doesn’t he?) radio, in newspapers, and all over social media. No MP has been on BBC’s Question Time more often.

Criticism or pushback isn’t suppression, it’s just accountability. By pretending Britain is clamping down on speech when he’s living proof that it isn’t, he’s undermining trust in our institutions purely for his own political gain. That is campaigning against the UK.

 

Yes mate, you'd think after the likes of Nadin Zahawi trying to avoid millions in tax when he was actually the feckin' Chancellor of the Exchequer, these lot would be going out of their way to be squeaky clean. Where were all these people now attacking Raynor back then?

What were the excess deaths in pensioners like this past winter without the payments? Were they above or below pre-covid levels?

Because listening to the media last autumn telling us labour were murdering pensioners, You've gotta assume they were astronomic right?

Weird that through late winter and spring the right wing media has barely mentioned the fuel payments

The key is that it was not removed but made into a means tested benefit like most, if not all, other benefits.

 

Hopefully not too much as I expect her to be more hardline on reforming immigration.
