I know some of you like a little bet on here, so I thought I'd share this with you. If you are registered on the cashback site Quidco http://www.quidco.com/ (or it's free and quick to do if you're not), then they've got an offer of £50 cashback for people who are new customers to Jackpot247 and deposit and wager £20. It seems a no-brainer to me, £30 for nothing even if you lost your £20. I've just done it, and it should track in 6 hours, although it can take up to a day. The offer expires in 13 hours, so you might want to be quick if you want to take advantage of it. I'm a complete novice at gambling, and I bet my £20, and ended up back with my £20 exactly, so it's a free £50 to me. When I signed up for Jackpot 247, I clicked to not have bonuses, as they have quite large requirements like all gambling sites before you can withdraw. That's just a personal preference though, and doesn't affect the cashback I don't think. Low wagers don't count towards the £20, which they class as betting on over 25 possible outcomes at once (e.g. selecting red and black will cover more than that). As a side note on Quidco, I have always received the payments from them, although they do take a while, this particular offer will pay the casback into your account in June. I've got around £30 from them so far from not even really doing anything, this is the first offer I have purposely done. You can link your debit and credit cards to it, and then spend on your card as usual in shops, and they automatically pay you the cashback. I've had cashback on things that I didn't even know it was offered on from Cineworld and Halfords in the last 3 months.
Be careful with this one. I've done loads of cashback bets through quidco and topcashback and I'm a couple of hundred quid up. I make the opening bets, collect the winnings and the cashback then shut down the accounts. The best way to do it is join three at a time, bet on all the possible outcomes of a football match, a win, a draw and a loss, so you know one of your bets will win, and pocket the cashback. However, that's with sports betting, the above is a casino site. They've all sorts of odd rules about what they consider is a valid bet and what isn't. Don't, whatever you do, pay for your bet with a credit card. You'll be hit for a cash advance charge and pay interest on that money until you pay off your entire credit card bill. Even if you do it through paypal.
Thanks Jay, I don't have a credit card, so I should be alright on that front. I've bet the £20, won the £20 back, and now I'm never going to touch the site again. The rule on this one is that it can't be a low risk bet (so betting on more than 25 outcomes at once). There's less risk with this, as the cashback is more than the amount you have to bet. If it was say £5 back for a £20 bet, then you could of course lose out.
This site looks useful for the opening offers http://www.matchedbetting.co.uk/bookies.html I did the matchbetting myself a few years back. Made over £1K including cashback and referrals, but then the offers dried up. Closed down almost all my accounts. Thinking about getting back in it for the World Cup. Should be better sign up bonus to be had then. I used to use a spreadsheet to calculate stakes etc. to get match the most out the free offers. Can get very complicated and one mistake can wipe out a few £100's when your trying to just match a £10 offer.
The offer has now tracked If you do decide to join Quidco, here's a referral link that will get both of us £1.25 if you join through this and earn at least £5 cashback http://www.quidco.com/user/4304038/1828157/ You don't have to use the link of course, but I've been quite nice as there's a sliding scale where I can choose how much of the £2.50 I want to share with you. (I'm not going to lie, I did make it all for me to start with, but then felt guilty). I wasn't quite as nice as going to give you more than me though!
Am I right in thinking that these sites pay you by giving you a free bet, rather than direct cash? (I know you can win cash through your free bet, but that's not as low risk).
They give you free bets as a new customer (sometimes cash as well if combined with Quidco) - You have to then match out this money on an exchange like Betfair.
