I new it was Palace before i was told. Bit of a coinsidence (spelling) when Taylor (England under 21 etc manager) becomes their manager. Mind you Palace would have been a good club to join becasue they were going to get promoted.........until they sold their goalscorer.

Southampton robbed Arsenal then? I dont hink so, Walcott will become a right player, hes too quick.

If he's got it, he's got it. The professional's in the game are aware of him. Wayne Rooney - I wonder how much he was valued at after 14 league appearances? It's just the difference of a young striker starting at the top, and a young goalkeeper starting at the bottom.

Time to turn the tables.

I doubt it'd be that much of a rip-off, anyway, even if we DID get a million for him. Long-term, it would be a great signing for Palace.

Utter B*ll*cks! We'd be robbing ourselves. Flinders has the potential to go a very long way in the game. Less than a million for an England u19 international who is obviously very highly rated is awful business on our part.

sorry not being picky. if he really was the next big thing he would have displaced colgan and wouldn't have cost us a goal in every game he played last season

Any signing is a risk.

We'd be well-advised to get some sort of clause inserted into his contract IF he leaves. Should he reach the level that some people think he's capable of, then Palace will not keep hold of him.

Tarn should screw Palace for every penny they can - now and in the future. Not as if they're short of cash.

£750,000 up front NOW. More based on appearances, and a quarter of any money they make on him later.
