Does anyone know if this applies to the digital passes, or is it just the physical ones? I had assumed the former , but perhaps wrong ..
They're the same thing. You have an account and 'tickets' are added to that. Your physical pass and digital pass are just the key to that account. When they're scanned they match with your account which has the tickets. It's like your bank account. Your money isn't on the little plastic card, it's in an account. They tried having tickets actually on the physical card, so when you bought them over the Internet they beamed them out by gamma rays to the card in your bedside table, but it proved too difficult, so they went with the account method.
When I selected the 'add to season pass' option, a man came around to my house and downloaded something onto my phone. Are you telling me this isn't what usually happens?
Strangely when my daughter booked her ticket for Friday on the day of release, add to season pass option wasn't available, but it was a few days later when I booked mine and the lads. Was it not available to start with ?
Sorted now . I’d purchased 2 tickets and assigned both to one card , which you can’t do apparently …good job I checked ! box office mega helpful as they always are - barely any tickets left
