Feel sorry for Arsenal... Apparently Eduardo's leg bone was sticking out of the flesh. They've seen it, and theres no way that they will be thinking straight about this game now.
i would imagine its too soon to tell things can look worse than they are, obviously its a bad one but lets just hope its not career ending. I rember seeing henrik larsson leg break when his leg was at a right angle and was just dangling, he came back from that. I suppose im just hoping its not that bad its a horrible thing to happen to any player.
RE: i would imagine its too soon to tell My PE teacher at school made me play on in Rugby when I had broke my arm. Sat in class all afternoon as white as a sheet, and my mam threw a wobbly when I got home - school had to apologise the next day. If the compo culture had been alive and well at that time it would have been worth a few bob
Picture of Eduardo's leg-ankle on impact - posted on another forum. Don't look if you don't want to. Doesn't look nice - look at the angle of his foot.
http://pub.tv2.no/multimedia/na/archive/00548/Eduardo_beinbrudd_548748c.jpg

RE: Picture of Eduardo's leg-ankle on impact - posted on another forum. Don't look if you don't want Jesus wept - that IS another David Busst. He's going to be a long time getting over that - if he ever does.

Looks nasty One of the worst pictures I saw was a Villa player a few years ago...at first the picture didn't look too bad until you followed the sock colour and saw how his leg was wrapped round!
