Dingles had a good few chances but with 2 useless feckers up front, conlon and lovely personthorpe reject, Hayes, Big Jan was never really tested. Macca and Copps along with Forte stretched your defence and played some great quick football.
We were cheering every pass with an OLE in the middle of the first half cos it was that EASY!! EASY!!.
Last year you came to Belle Vue to get revenge for Doolans "bad tackle" and you forgot that you had to play football instead of trying to kick the hell out of us. You ended up being humiliated.
Today, Copps was taking the piss on the right wing, winding up and running rings around Austin and Kay, they couldn't take it, Like Vaughan at BV, the red mist clouded over their dirty dingle brains and stupidity took over.

We'd probably have done better

If Ritchie hadn't pissed about with the back line & insisted on playing a right back over on the left whilst leaving a natural left footer on the bench. Get players back into their natural positions & we'll do a lot better, it's hardly rocket science. It doesn't take Wernher Von Braun to work it out.
