People seem divided about last night. It was definitely 2 lost. They may be 2nd in the table but I thoght Brum (minus a few key players) looke very ordinary and were there for the taking.
A word of warning about Blackpool too. A Blade supporting workmate was well impressed last night and don't forget they beat stronger Birmingham teams both home and away.
Saturday will be tougher than last night I reckon.

Two lost in my opinion. We should never had let that goal in, plus I think we should have had a penalty.

Perhaps if Macken was on the bench and Hamill or even Dev started we would have won.

I agree with you, two points lost .......

....... In my opinion Davey will have made his mind up before last night that we can beat Blackpool and Palace so a point against Brum would be ok, i.e.7 points out of 9 - however, Brum were very poor and we should have been more positive and Blackpool are no push-overs.

If they turn us over, we could be looking at 1 point out of 9 not 7 out of 9 as Palace is not a given 3 points either

Bearing in mind that Brum was the home game I thought we'd lose, then it's a point gained. Instead of predicting 4 points out of 9, I think we are now on target for 5 points out of 9.

imho we went for a point last night

And in any other circumstances a point against one of the top 2 teams is a good one. However, as we stand, it just puts more pressure on us to win the next 2 home games. We had a chance last night to take all 3 and give us a bit more breathing space - we don't have the luxury of picking & choosing which games we want to win, although sometimes it looks like we do that.

I didn't expect us to get anything yesterday so it must be a point gained. But on the performance I think it was 2 points lost and with that goal I felt as though we'd been robbed. Heard McLeish on sky sports saying he though it was 2 points dropped - i think he's got the rose coloured specs - they looked a poor team and were there for the taking. Could easily have been 3-1 if the ref had some bottle and awarded the 2 penalty shouts
