10 reasons why flicker should be replaced...

1. Plays wrong formations and too defensively minded in previous weeks. Its only now that his jobs at stake hes going all out attack again, if we win a few games he will revert back to thinking hes good with tactics and trying to make us hard to beat.
2. Plays the wrong players, ie Kennedy whos awful, Dagnall for weeks who cant score instead of scotland, Dawson on the right out of position and form.
3. Awful treatment of players, Bobby Hassell, Ben Alnwick.
4. Horrendous substitutions.
5. Cannot adapt to situations during the game, no tactical awareness of other teams or ourselves.
6. Talks like a politician, Keith Hill style, referring to the plan, synergie, etc likes the sound of his own voice.
7. Assembles a massive squad and then says he even wants more players.
8. Cannot address our leaking defence.
9. Cannot get our players to produce anything from set plays, Never score from a corner or free kick (accept cywka's)
10. Doesnt send our players who need game time or development time out on loan, when they arent playing for us.

And finally anyone who thinks we cant attract a decent manager in todays unemployment climate is crackers. People out there would jump at the chance to save us.

At the start i said we wouldnt get six points from the first ten games. Well now if we stick with Flicker, come xmas we will still be struggling and considering sacking him then when vital time has passed to save our season.

 

You say that but give some names? I guess if Palace won't give Pullis the 2 million a season he wants, we could....

 

its ok me naming names, but that will just lead to others slagging them off, I trust our board to appoint someone decent. Personally Holloway would be my choice, Coppell would be decent, someone whos tactically astute and experienced at this level. I remember when ince was linked with us and everyone moaned but look at the job hes doing now.

 

Have you watched Blackpool..they get battered most games and spawn a win..Inces luck will end

1. Plays the wrong formation? Correct me if i'm wrong. But didnt we play a 4-4-2 in the majority of the games towards to the back end of last season. That 4-4-2 with Mellis on the wing. Didn't serve us too badly then. Now because we're not producing that form again its a **** formation and Mellis is out of position.
2. Who else would you play at left back if we're going to play a 4? RNL is not a left back, wing back maybe but he isn't a left back. He persisted with Dagnall who was our top scorer last season. It has been working for him, and as a result hasn't played since. Ditto Dawson.
3. How do you know what goes on behind the scenes? Just because he isn't playing (In my opinion he isn't good enough anyway) it is sacrilege and Flitcroft is the devil. You're telling me Ben Alnwick was treated badly? He is a poor GK and that's why he didn't play.
4. Granted not all substitutions are effective. However there will be logic behind every substitution made. Flicker is not going to just throw someone on for the sake of it. "Lads, I'm going to close my eyes and spin round. Whoever I stop at is going on".
5. I've seen various times this season and last where we have changed tactics to suit how the game is panning out.
6. He talked like that last season. Were you moaning about it then?
7. He only wants a left back now which is justifiable.
8. Signed proven championship defenders in Cranie, Ramage and Nyatanga. Wiseman is playing well, so is M'voto.
9. I don't believe for a second we don't work on set pieces.
10.How do you know he hasn't tried? Surely a club would need to want the player? Mcnulty wasn't playing, he went out on loan.

 

Correct. The luckiest team in the league right now, in fact they seem to be getting other teams share of luck too. I am convinced their luck will end and they will quietly slip out of the top six.
