10ppm phone lines that don't get answered..

    Or that tell you that your queue position is "2", then "1", then basically cut you off after spending nearly a quid with em.

    EXACTLY.

    How annoying is it to be told that the line is set up to help you only to be cut off time after time,apparently this line gets priority over the ordinary phone lines,but how ridiculous is it that even when they know demand is up that they only have one bloody telephone line anyway (doh)

    on the subject of phone lines...

    the box office number for oakwell is a load of /poo you never get through!!! then when you ring the main switchboard she puts you threw to the box office and it cuts you off
