how ***** is the standard of the Championship this season? At this stage last year we had 15 points and looked in trouble, if the standard was anywhere near like last season we'd be bottom now and Flitcroft would most probably be out. He's only survived because it seems everyone else around us is ****.

    Personally, I'd get shut.

It will be a much lower points total for survival this season. That's the only positive I can muster at the moment.

    Im bored with him

sorry, tired of yawning through 17 minute interviews saying mostly nothing, he's been backed financially & has at his disposal the largest squad in recent time including Englands no.2 goalkeeper and our first clean sheet on Sat is seen as progress ? - nope, sorry, made some bad signings and some dreadful substitutions, tactically naive and contradictory, still doesnt know his best 11. Im hoping Mansford has done his homework on alternatives cos he's on borrowed time and the patience of the fans, which has surprised me as its beyond that of previous years, must now be wearing very thin.

Dont think anyone would be surprised if he was replaced and if it was someone with Championship credentials I think it would give the club a much needed lift.

    Re: Im bored with him

It is all starting to have a look of Hill all over again. In the summer Flicker could walk on water and he used that to get assurances from the board, he was given the requested assurances and he has been backed to the hilt yet here we are again propping up (almost) the worst championship in years and failing to beat two of the worst teams I've seen in a long time. Time to stop the ******** Flicker and start doing what you did last season if you want to maintain the support of the terraces and keep your job. This season has been nothing short of a disaster so far and most of the blame must be apportioned to our manager.

Gone is the need for a manager to work on a small budget

the new board has spent good money and the calibre of player we are bringing in would indicate a funds are available for us to be competitive. A new manager would have a reasonable budget, I reckon we could finally attract the kind of manager to be inspired by.

Ramage and Fox aren't on nowt a yard, neither is the BEST STRIKER IN THE CHAMPIONSHIP WHEN HE GETS SOME ******* SERVICE, Pedersen.

'Assurances' look to have been met, which makes us a far more attractive proposition to manage than we were imho.

    One thing currently missing.

Every fcukin thread on this board, turns into a bitch fight. I'm personally getting just as ****** off with BBS, as I am with on-pitch situation.

Opposing views and debate is good. Slanging matches on every fcukin thread is not cool

Got to be honest, I woke up this morning hoping to hear of his departure.

Think that classes me as anti-Flicker. Or summat.

    Maybe am just pro-BFC...?

Everyone's pro-BFC, not just folk who don't like/rate the manager.
