    Since I stopped smoking and I have never touch one in that 12 month[​IMG] opps sorry[​IMG]

    It's much easier, Laura. I still think about having a cigarette, but it's not a craving as such. I'm now starting to work on losing the extra weight I gained [​IMG]

    I am also within 6 pounds of my original weight when I first stopped

    I stopped on the very day that my daughter was born... she's now over 4 years old and i'm certainly feeling the benefit. Stick at it mi owld mucker.

    ive heard smoking suppresses the appetite!

    Could do that just until youve got that back under control! (wicked)

    no, seriously - well done! My dads just stopped. Well chuffed. Hes done it before but started again 6 months later. Hopefully for good this time.

    5 week this saturday for me

    I have been quit for 1 Month, 5 Days, 16 hours, 49 minutes and 33 seconds (33 days). I have saved £151.65 by not smoking 1,516 cigarettes. I have saved 5 Days, 6 hours and 20 minutes of my life. My Quit Date: 2/26/2006 00:00(Y)

    quit in Nov 04, 1 month before my son was born. Never looked back on it.

    Feel great, clothes never smell, and bank balance looks much better too!
