is a fecking long time for a 1st offence GBH what are we not being told? it's all well and good me imagining my lil sis being the victim of domestic violence and twitting someone but 12 month is a v ery very long sentence for simple GBH. What are we missing? sorry 2 ask the question
You will find that the Courts will follow legal guidance via the sentencing guidelines. We are speculating on a case with knowing the full information and most of what we know about it is from a friend of the defendant so is hardly impartial.
