    Why oh why didn't Howard pull the trigger ?</p>

    BTW KO was immense in those first 15 mins. Knocked cold after two minutes he has really put himself about. I am watching the TV version now for the first time in case you wondered, and yes, I fully expect him to miss again on 66.</p>
