Seven Points Of The Play Offs Just shows how bad this league is compared to seasons gone by. We haven't won in ages and still not that far off the pace.
RE: how do you hypothesise that the closeness of the league in points means it is of a poor standard Because on any given day, any team can beat anybody. In recent years, we have had teams walking away with the league. It must be poor for us to go eight without a win and still be close to the top six. Although we are the same amount of points off relegation. We would have taken our position at the start of the season.
surely if teams were walking away with the division, you have a stronger argument that the league is of a poor standard. The fact that Premiership teams from last season are finding it as hard as the other teams suggests that your hypothesis is fatally flawed. Over to you Professor Dreamboy. This is a bit like History Today but with football. And a bit more rubbish.
