It might have been mentioned on here in previous threads but I only really realised yesterday........ I can't recall an identical time and day that its happened before?!? Midweek yes of course....... Has a reason (other than Sky ruling the world) or explanation been given. Until yesterday me n r lass were doing a few bits of jobs this morning and settling darn for 3 o'clock. It seems a bit baffling. Has there been anymore during or before lockdown?
They were trialled a few seasons ago in the Premier League, but I don’t think it stuck. Since football started back after the first lockdown, there’s been a late Saturday kick off on most weekends. I can understand why some people don’t like it, but I don’t mind. The more football on at the weekend the better. It’s not like there’s much else to be doing at the minute, or anything else worthwhile on TV.
I’m opting out. I like a relaxed Saturday evening with my wife, a nice bottle of red and a delicious meal. I will keep checking the score though
Never realised that. Cheers for the info. Not had Sky now for a few years and either having a few pints after home game or sometimes travelling back from wherever.
Does it clash with Ant & Dec, X Factor, Jungle thing, Callum Brittains Got Talent, The Voice? If so fook that ........ *disclaimer 'I watch non of the above' Apart from the singing ones and owt with the cheeky Geordie duo ....... Thanks
