    what do we expect to happen now?
    Probably as well that GG (a football man at least) saw it through January because I'm a bit dubious about Mr Conway's knowledge of footballing matters.
    Am I being disrespectful about this, he may be fully clued up but to what end? I hope he immerses himself in all things BFC and gets involved with the supporters and doesn't hold himself aloof from our level.
    Communication with the fans is essential.

    Believe he's said he's only a " stopgap" until a suitable replacement can be appointed.?
    As the Club forms part of one of his personal investments, I would be surprised if he's
    not fully attentive to the Clubs welfare until such times as GG's successor comes in.

    Main footballing matters - ie transfers have been dealt with by GG - Conway will probably be looking after day to day running of the company. Hope a more knowledgeable person can be found quickly though so we can start looking at longer contracts for some of the players

    The CEO needs to be a business man, not a football man. As GG said, recruitment is done by the recruitment team, once they've identified a target it's up to him to work out the finances.
