2 months ago I asked my dad who he’d keep…….

We come up with 2/3 that we’d keep!

We’ll not go over this years failings but this last 2 week I’ve seen enough, against the best team in the league and against a team who have also spent and seen as one of the leagues top dogs, that we can compete so the chairman’s comments of ‘we hate a top 6 squad’ probably isn’t far off tbh.

Yes it’s one game and it’s been much needed and a long time coming too but today was superb, a think you’ll agree that had we been putting them displays in since August we’d be well cemented in the playoffs now!

Going back to my initial point of who we’d keep, well based on the last 7 days I’d be keeping the bulk of that team but looking to add some quality in key areas and I think we’d be in a good place next season.

Just a note on CH, personally I’d give him the chair, it’s a financial benefit for us, a think he’ll be very well respected in the club which I don’t think Clarke was and he appears to be on the front foot when it comes to addressing off the field issues.

There’ll be a few tears on here that we won today so you can’t slag someone or something off but hey ho…..
