Marian Pahars, signed for Anorthosis Famagusta (Cyprus)
Tomasz Radzinski, going to QPR on a season long loan apparantly.

pahars is always injured and done nothing for a good few years

radzinski is probably no better than what we have.

4 goals in 2 games?....think we need to look at tightening defence first!

    We dont need strikers

Hayes and Richards will do the business. Have faith in them. Give them some timebefore you start craving for new strikers.

We'll always conceed in this league plus....

Gambling on proven scorers is all we can afford to do as everyone in this league seems to be costing well over £1m!

Sorry but in my opinion Radzinski is better than our forward line put together. Those lads were'nt good enough last season, yes, we got promoted but if we had bought a decent striker (as we are led to believe they tried to do in big Deano) then we would have WON the title rather than gone up via cardiff.

    RE: maybe....

we need experience up front, but where the hell are we going to find an experienced goalscorer who we can afford to get? you seriously think we could afford radzinski's wages?
besides i think we're in a better situation up front than a few teams in this league, for example...

    Colchester
    Southend- after eastwood they've no-one
    Wednesday
    Plymouth except hayles

don't think the situation is as dire as half of some people make out on here....

Would rather get promoted via the playoffs anyway.

    RE: maybe....

we have got 4 young eager strikers at the club who all seem to want to do well for the club...im happy with the 4 we have, yes maybe we could do with a experienced head but i really dont think we could afford anyone with experience and still able to hack it at this level. pahars is always injured and im pretty sure radzinski would not come back up north now hes settled down south, i wish everyone would stop moaning,we are 2 games into the season wait until say after 10-15 then we will have a good idea where we are gonna be come the end of the season and what type of players we need

Get him on loan then we only have to pay50% of his wages - if QPR can do it why cant we?

15 games in could be too late - look at our Premiership season...

If we had started the season with Fjortoft & Wardy up front I dare say we could have stayed up.

    Agree about Radzinski

Better than any other striker at the club.</p>
