Thing is, we went up with 80 that season and actually 77 would have been enough. This season I reckon we'll need 75-76 for 6th place.
And your point is.... after the 12 months we've just had I no longer know what is possible for us certainly I wouldn't bet against us getting 75 points
Remember that night well. Had a lift with some friends after work... seem to remember the game swaying one way then the other. Think we may have been glad to get out with a win. Remember going to an off licence to buy some beers for the guy who had driven us (to say thank you) but we'd supped them all by the time we got back so we had to give him cash.
You are right, they were scrapping to stay in the league and they gave us a bit of a hard time, it wasn't a vintage performance but we still had a bit too much for 'em thanks to john hendrie , sithi.

Neither would I! Just making the point that it's looking like being a particularly high total this season for 6th - which would make the achievement even more incredible if we were to do it.
