2014/15 Fixture release date

    'The Football League have announced that the 2014/15 fixtures will be released on Wednesday 18th June 2014 at 9:00am.

    The season will kick-off on Saturday 9th August and will conclude on Saturday 2nd May with the Play-Off Finals being held at Wembley Stadium on 23rd-25th May.

    The 2014/15 Christmas and New Year programme will include matches on Saturday 20th December and Sunday 28th December, as well as Boxing Day.'


    Let's hope we will be looking out for key fixtures in another Championship season on 18th June. Be an interesting day if it's League One...looking out when we have trips to Crawley, Rochdale and Gillingham!

    And don't forget - ALL the fixtures will be available in the FREE My Sports Diary App and inclusive of directions to all grounds, irrespective of division!!! For those of you who already have the App with Barnsley set as one of your favourite teams the fixtures for the new season will automatically update and download to your phone - You don't have to do anything!
