while its a shame to see flicker go in the manner he has,i'm not sure how anybody can be gutted,we'd have been relegated on record points had he stayed,we've been shocking all season,end of.
Not by me he won't. I'll remember him fondly, as a guy who gave everything, and gave me one of the best days as a Barnsley supporter. Then lost his way and inevitably lost his job.

I'm afraid you're not the spokesperson for all Barnsley fans. His recovery after Hill left, was nothing short of miraculous. If I'm prepared to accept his failings at the end, you should be able to accept his achievements last season. The last game of last season was one of the best moments in the Club's recent history. And I reckon thousands will agree with me.

Pretty much the same for me. He was a bit loony too, but I'll not hold that against him, because I don't think he's as daft as I am. Second half of last season, absolutely brilliant and will live long in the memory. First few months of this season, par for the course for Barnsley in recent years. Very similar to a lot we've had to endure this century and as such easily forgettable.
