Walton didn't get within 6 foot of any of Bolton's penalties. Devante's penalty was as good as his leggings. 4-5 and time to concentrate on the league.
Irrespective of the team, which IMO we had enough on the pitch. That game should have been over by half time with the chances we created.
Got what we deserved after that match . Schopp should at least have learned one or two things from that . Victor needs another club Clarke’s not up to a Scrap , Kane still losing ball in dangerous areas. First team needs bolstering in depth few still not ready . At least first teams competitive
Tbf all the penalties were well taken. You could tell the game was drifting 2bd half as there was more banter with the home fans than cheering our chances!
Seeing the way Cole walked up to take that penalty I fully expected him to miss, he looked hurried and nervous. Waltons penalty ‘saving’ technique seriously wants scrapping, surely he would be better served watching the penalty taker than running up and down his line like one of those ducks on a shooting range!
Not gonna moan at players not scoring or saving penalties tbh it’s a lottery even the best fail. It’s the 90 mins preceding them that’s cause for concern or not depending on views .
