    You need to try some relaxation techniques.

    as I have revealed on several occasions on here to several people, due to a medical thing and the medication I am on just now... I have not drunk alcohol for almost 2 months now.... but then you only read or hear what suits you don't you.

    No worries. We're going on holiday this weekend for a fortnight & the club always recruits whilst I'm on my Summer holibobs. By the time we get home, it wouldn't surprise me in the slightest if we've brought in up to half a dozen players.
