    and we spend **** all. we need a striker. as dagnall is **** and always will be. 0 goals in 3 games is pitiful.

    wonder how much of the Stones money was used to try and retain what we all believed was a decent squad based on their performances at the end of last season.

    I don't see why our attitude to the games is any different to the end of last season. I'm sure O'Grady will start banging a few in, but Dagnall has had over 18 months of playing regularly and apart from the six weeks from January to the middle of February he has done nothing. Can't knock him for effort but that is no substitute for quality.

    It's very unlikely to happen given some of the other clubs interested but why not have a proper go at signing Billy Sharp? If you've got one of the best strikers in the division, you can afford for the rest of your team to be average.
