In the same way as the Ashes is still 'a contest'?

If I could bet online , I'd have a speculative tenner on us winning this test.

My only worry is say we get 350 all out and Jones gets a flashing 50 when their is nothing on the line and stays in the team.

If Jones gets a duck it'd be a sterling performance from him. Better than Chris Reed? My f**king arse.

    Same with Panesar,

looked more assured with the bat than Giles , bowled better and fielded better.

Still , Jones is on the selection committee for the team.

    RE: Same with Panesar,

Monty's never looked out of place against the best team in the world. Even when Symonds and Gilchrist went after him he kept his head and bowled superbly.

We lost this series the second we turned up, and you have to blame Fletcher for the greater majority of it.

the selection policy is wrong wrong wrong

Giles, hadnt played for 1 year is chosen ahead of someone who has been getting the world best players out for fun all year.

Mahmood, did pretty well vs Pakistan so why was he dropped for someone that hadnt played all year.

Read, didnt do anything wrong vs pakistan when he got his chance but then dropped for Jones who's been terrible with that bat.

It's what's cost us. Splitting up a successful side to do the old pals act.

Well, that and not getting GBH in the nets to get his action sorted.
