    Been a 'flexi-time' fan due to work commitments and money issues over recent years.

    This is first time in 11 years I've got a season ticket, and managed to convince my brother and Dad to join me.

    To be honest they didn't need too much convincing. All 3 of us are in agreement that something special is happening down at Oakwell nowadays. Never seen my Dad so excited about a season!

    On that drink. When i was in Walkabout last time, i got a fosters but 4/5 others that got drinks also got fosters so it can't be that bad.

    Which did you try? Tarnlife and Freedom lager are my two favourites. Some of them like "salty kiss" were minging!

    I had a pint of that 'tarn life' and thought it was vile. "like rats piss" springs to mind. Each to their own though.

    Not keen on that Yorkshire Lager either though.

    They do have some cracking stuff on offer though.

    And just Beck's if you want a normal lager.


    Is Freedom lager owt like tarn life?
