That's because it would be impossible to do the opposite You can't go 3-nil down in the first 30 minutes and expect them to come up with positives can you? Pre-season or not pre-season, you still need to instill confidence in fans, players and coaches alike. We've failed to do that, very worrying.

Journo, I know you're basically only the commentator/analyst side of things but any idea if it would even be possible for 1575 to be pumped through the tannoy at oakwell? Or over the tv speakers around the concourses?
Erm... I doubt whether it'd go on the PA system cos it's there for announcements and stuff... regarding the concourses I'm not sure, don't see why not but I'm not the best person to answer that. They have it on in the club shop (don't think it's just a radio) and in other rooms I think, so not sure. Will try and find out.
Cheers. It would be quite good to have something interesting coming through the speakers before the game and at half time. Especially pre-recorded interviews with the manager or players for example. Seen as we aren't on radio sheffield anymore its quite hard to get interviews now so something like that could get people into the ground a bit earlier.
Yeah... It's become harder and harder to get player interviews over the last year or so... I used to get a player for a minute or so after games by the tunnel but that's now banned for all press, so unless I wait around for half an hour there's no hope. However, we normally have someone at the pre-match press conferences on Thursdays and I will do whatever I can to get more player interviews one way or another because I agree, fans like to hear the players speak.
