Now this is the position I would be happy us finishing

It's where I expected us to be and push on next season

But with how close the league is anything could happen

Yesterday was the biggest win of the season in my opinion

I've gave him a fair bit of criticism lately which I feel the team and danny deserved but I'll always be the one to congratulate him when in my opinion he gets things right

And yesterday I thought he got everything right ( formation and timing of substitutions )

It's one of the craziest seasons I can ever remember in terms of the points situation. 3 losses and we'd be rock bottom. 3 wins and your in the playoff mix.

One thing I did find incredible yesterday was Radio Sheffield talking up the tremendous season (league wise) of the blunts. We're only 7 points behind them and still have to play them at Oakwell but we are 'really struggling'. Now correct me if I'm wrong but surely 7 points behind on 1st feb isnt that far behind with a third of the season to go?

But that wouldn't fit in with their Sheffield United love-in obsession. We're little old Barnsley who are struggling while they are the mighty blunts just taking a rest from the premier league.

Don't know why any Reds fan listens to RS. I gave up on it a long time ago, their bias is embarrassing. However much it pains me though, I have to say I think the blunts will finish strongly from here. They're building a strong squad. So much so that they could afford to make 10 changes yesterday from the team that played Spurs in midweek.

Saturday/Tuesday back to back home wins are rare.

Here`s hoping cos it would certainly help.

They're very close to losing another. I only listen in because there really isn't anything else in terms of BFC coverage but it is getting worse and worse and at times it feels pointless listening unless you follow one of the dee dar sides. I even think that Wednesday get a poorer service than the blunts by their 'impartial' hosts.

not if Walsall beat Gillingham today

we would go 14th though if that happens and we beat Oldham ............ Oldham who seem to have hit a bit of form just now.
