    I'm yet to understand...

    ...the coffee shop phenomenon. I often see folk sat in them by themselves reading a book. Why would you pay over the odds for a coffee when you could read the book at home or maybe take a thermos and read it in the country or whatever? It makes no sense I tells thi! Is it an attempt to be seen? Can you pull in these places? There must be a hidden attraction I haven't yet figured out.

    I'll do it when im waiting between trains but otherwiseI agree. Did you know in sheffield three different coffee outlets charge three different prices for the same thing.
