    To play them on PC

    Download ffdshow and Media Player Classic.
    Install the former and then open them in the latter.

    Google should find easily enough.

    Or I believe QuickTime plays them but last time I tried to install that that it tried to install iTunes and all manner of other ***** on my machine.
