http://www.barnsleyfc.premiumtv.co.uk/page/News/BreakingNewsDetail/0,,10309~785905,00.html Whilst some other clubs fans must visit, and it says there's nearly 18,000 registered seems a bit far fetched, does clearing your PC history fool the site into thinking its another new user?
Over 160,000 unique barnsley fans will come to watch the reds this season! They will all get in with a different ticket!
Well I must have counted as at least 4 in January Logged on from Home, Work, Client in Germany (shhh!) and a hotel in Germany. And 2 of those were dynamic ip's so I may have counted even more. Or does it always take my login as being me and only count me once (chinny)
RE: Farnham_Red logged on in 4 different places...but most logon from home....so how do they count? I guess if you have a dynamic IP Number - then you get a different one everytime you log onto the Internet, so each visit would have a different IP Number. Unless you have a static IP number (like Blueyonder)
That will count as 4 unique users Further down the article he states that 17,000 have registered so that's probably a clearer indication as to how many fans have visited the site.
