I think the only thing he's proven is that he can't inspire or motivate a team whatever the tactics are !
It dosen't matter what formation we play davy cannot and never has been able to get a performance out of the team. He relied on the fact that we won two fa cup games last season and reached the semis but he didn't raise the players games they did because of who they were playing. He hasn't got a clue how to motivate or organise a team his selections and tactics are usually baffling his demeanor pitch side reminds me of steve parkins in other words he stands there like a tailors dummy but with less personality and motivation
