Is my stab at Flickers formation.

Butland in goal. Wisey and Reuben defensive wing backs. Ramage, Cranie and TK centre halves. Fox, Perks, Daws and Kelvin midfield. COG up top.

I'd not be averse to that shape, but I'd like Mellis or Cywka involved instead of one of the toilers. Hell, even McCourt despite my fears that he'd only last 45 minutes.
And I'd have Hassell in the defence instead of TK who wouldn't be anywhere near the squad.

    Anybody got any thoughts?

Hope not. We need at least one of Mellis, McCourt or Jennings in the midfield.

Aye, I'm just trying to guess Flickers setup. No point in putting down what I would like to see because it would involve utilizing our best players in their best positions in a shape suited to them, rather than a setup aimed at nullifying the opposition and doing nothing of the sort.

And my team would include Hassell. So yes, no point.

You might see him, but it won't be whilst wearing a red shirt on the pitch.

I see TK's name appearing in a few suggested teams.

For me, he should not pull, on a REDS shirt again......he can join Paul Gibbs as a paid member of the "BFC's worst left back club".

A few players av been shocking so far , but Kennedy has played the worst of them all , I would play Lazarus left back or if he wants a defensive left back , then put a central defender out wide left

to be fair flitcroft has done none of the defenders any favours by constantly chopping and changing players and formation,I would much prefer to see kennedy at full back than have flitcroft try and fool us into believing rnl is a defender, he isn't a defender is he a attacking midfielder/striker and should be played as such, although if he ever gets fit I believe nytanga should be played there
