    Butterfield and 4 players that are still playing for the academy (RNL, Rose, Digby, Clark) all in Championship games. A bit early to tell with the 4 current lads that's still in the U18's but this could be the best crop of player's we've had from the Academy since it was built.

    add stones into that G Owen too.

    Joint top of there group too with big spending newcastle.

    And can any Premier club can have them for GBP 100,000 with the new system coming into effect? If so, this is just so unfair to the League clubs who rely on unearthing a gem to improve their team, or sell for a small fortune to keep the club running.

    Nar, they can all be signed up at 17 so it wouldn't affect them players.
    All apart from Digby are 17 already. Stones for some reason hasn't been signed up but he's playing very good. can play cb rb dm.

    We've a good , young squad at the moment. We've got strength in depth in most positions and this creates competition which can only be a good thing! Would still like a little more CB coverage but I'm really happy with the way things are working out

    Has he played in the first team this season Hemsy? Who did we put in at Derby? Was that him?
