6, 3, 4, 4.......... no not one of Mad Mel's formations

The discrepancy between games played in the four divisions.

With Covid and the weather this is only going to get wider after this week. Blackburn have had there's cancelled tonight for waterlogged pitch.

Looking at a few teams who've played the least amount of games and their future fixtures I can't see how they can physically fit them in. Baring in mind it'd have to be a joint agreement to catch up.

We'll see I suppose.

 

We've played 4 games in a week a couple of times... Sat, Tue, Thu, Sat to catch up

and I've just checked, in 1979 when we got promoted from Div 4, due to the weather we played 16 games in 45 days (from 24th March to 8th May). That includes 5 games in 9 days, lol. Then, we beat Grimsby on the 8th May to get promoted. So it's doable, but difficult like you say though

 

I'm guessing that wouldnt be allowed now ?!? Maybe ..........

Back then it'd be the Cups and weather.
We've still got them but it's the other thing aswell that'll not help.
