6:49. .... it's the end of the world!

    The clock above is in my living room and stopped working at 6:49 on Thursday, being the lazy sod I am I haven't put a new battery in.

    I've got home from work today to find that the clock in the kitchen has also stopped working at 6:49

    I'm Not in the least bit superstitious. But Ill be shatting myself when 11 minutes to 7 comes around!

    i can confirm nothing has happened.

    the wife said - just put a new battery in.

    i would do! BUT what happens if it stops at 6:49 again?? i would be proper freaked out!

    Sounds like it would be worthwhile sneaking into your house, setting the clock to 6.49 and taking the battery out.

    Well, probably not, but I bet NatWest ATMs won't work, it usually doesn't take much.
