6 points adrift in the relegation zone

    and losing at home to local rivals who are also in a relegation place</p>

    It doesn't look good. So far I'vebeen dead against getting on the managers back and I've keen to give things the benefit of time - tough games and our best two players out injured</p>

    It needs to get better quick though</p>

    I'm not keen on sacking managers

    It takes a lot for me to shout for it. I didn't want Ritchie sacking, and look how wrong I probably was there.</p>

    I'm not QUITE there yet. The next 45 minutes though ...</p>

    Well I said the next 45 minutes might change my mind

    We've got some winnabel games coming up and key players back in the team.</p>

    I'm hoping all thsi manager sacking silliness will all be forgotten by November</p>
