6 Second Rule

    Is it just me that feels this rule seems to be ignored

    Keepers seem to hold the ball for much longer than 6 seconds.

    Is it still a rule ?????

    I was told it was acceptable to take the ball to the edge of the area, and then clear it. No time limit.

    But the last time I played properley, the four-step rule was in force!!
