Been thinking about this (and it may be my jealousy of the benefits that celebrity bring!) but does it justify spending &pound;1000's on sending a dozen or so celebrities round the world in order to make a TV programme raising money for Children in need? I'm sure they're 'giving their own time up for the cause' but I'd gladly give my time up to do something like this. Am I missing something and being too bah humbug about it or is it really a valid way of fund raising, by spending money on making a programme like this for our delectation? (been using the spelling checker site from earlier ;)</p>
