Never stopped me dreaming... Just wish my parents, who were both West Stand season ticket holders could've savoured this moment. But so, so proud of my home-town team today.
Less rounds back then though. We have never made it to the 7th round before Obviously we would have done if there had been a 7th round back in 1910 or 1912 but there wasn't so to get to the semi finals now is arguably more of an acheivment than getting to the final back then.
RE: other way round wasnt it? OK I'll check it out. but in 1912..... 3 major events of 1912 were The Titanic loss, Captain Scott dies in Antarctic, and Barnsley win the FA Cup
fair enough but that is like saying that Brizzle rovers have got further than us because they have been in more rounds than us

so we need some kind of major disaster to happen after we knock Bristol out of the cup in the semis.. but before the final, to win it?
(raiseaglass)

if thats the case i'm up for setting a few waves off in the direction of asia again if anyone wants to join me
RE: other way round wasnt it? OK I'll check it out. but in 1912..... china became a republic, Jackson Pollock was born, and house of commons granted miners minimum wage, busy year (pint)
