Went to my local team (just at the end of my road) last night... Dulwich Hamlet, who won 3-1.

One game to play and they are top of the table by 3 points with Maidstone United behind having a better goal difference, so a point at home to Burgess Hill on Saturday and they'll be promoted to the Ryman Isthmian Premier.

Daniel Carr, an 18 year old lad who is a cracking target man and scored 25 goals so far has just signed for Huddersfield on a 2 year deal for an undisclosed fee. The star of the show though is a little turkish midfielder called Erhun Oztumer.

Amazing vision, busy, pulls the strings and can shoot from distance and has 22 goals so far too. Supposedly championship clubs are looking at him and just wonder if he's appeared on our radar.

Me too, but I went to see Altrincham v Halifax in the Blue Square North (step 6 in the league system).

Good night out, just £13 in, back home by 10pm.

Altrincham won 2-0, their second was a cracker, lovely one pass football on the left wing finished off neatly by their full back.

I wonder what happened to the lad from Stocksbridge (his name escapes me) who trained with us at the start of the season. Keith Hill said that he was likely to return, then again I suppose that's what killed that, the demise of Keith Hill.
