...calling FIFA for "acting with no morals" because they banned Suarez ' as "certain countries (i.e. non-European) are treated differently".

That implies racism within FIFA? Noticeably, Suarez has been cheered on is return home. What does that say about South American countries' "morality"?

He forgets to mention that in the real world (the one overpaid pampered football players don't live in) that if the regular guy on the street had been guilty of biting someone on three seperate occasions and a racism charge besides he'd probably have a suspended jail sentence and community service at the very least. I don't understand why GBH is treated so weak by FIFA when if Toothy had done it off the field he'd have been looking at a court date for his third offence.

You are watching two morally bankrupt men leaning on each other because it reassures them that it is OK to cheat.

There is a particular irony here - both men are complaining about particular countries getting special treatment, but they have both sought special treatment for being gifted, looking for greater leniency because they are great players. Maradona accusing fifa of racism in the defence of a man who was sanctioned for calling Patrice Evra the n word twenty-seven times is also quite ridiculous.

Scenes on the TV yesterday of fans greeting Suarez as a hero of the nation - if Luis Suarez had anything about him he would tell those fans publicly that what he did was wrong and that he let them and football down. His continued denials show that he isn't going to change.

Maradona is a washed up cheat. We'll never know how much genius was him and how much was chemically supported. Luis Suarez could score the most incredible goal now, he'll always be remembered as a nutcase who bit people.
