Is that Hume and Morgan have met up and are now friends. That there is only us that hold a grudge. Now a very much doubt it is true however has anyone got any the inside track on this. I personally cannot wait for Monday. I hate the blades more than I have any other team ever. I can't wait for Monday. Hume to score. Hume to score two! Come on you reds!
In a recent article Iain Hume himself said that he couldn't comment on the morgan incident too much because it would be going through the civil courts and that he was yet to decide whether or not to shake Morgans hand before the start of the match but that if he did it would be very quick and awkward. Not exactly the talk of a drinking buddy
Complete and Utter B0llocks I'm mates with a fair few Blades, even meeting up for a beer with a couple of em on Monday. They're level headed and you can have a reasonable conversation with them about the 'incident'. The Online Blades seem to be totally different, that Blades Mad site is an embarassment, I even got a text off one of my Blade mates earlier laughing at em on Blades Mad for being full of ****.
Deep down they know the Morgan incident has tainted Sheff Us reputation and will for years to come. And that's not just with Barnsley fans it's the whole football community in this country - and even abroad to an extent. How they would like Morgan and Hume to 'kiss and make up' so it would all be forgotten. Sadly for them, it will never be forgotten by Hume and certainly not by this generation of Barnsley fans, so they better brace themselves for the next few years.
I can't believe how some of the Blunts are trying to organise inflatable elbows etc. They are completely oblivious to the strength of feeling about this amongst Barnsley fans, as are Blackwell and Ellis.
Shake hands, kiss and make up eh?????.... Morgan will more likely get a Barnsley kiss from Humey( i would like to think). I'd like to bet thats what Humey would really like to do to Morgan if or when they do eventually meet!
agreed fatty boy..... I work with a few blades and they are all level headed, sensible folk who talk alot of sense about the incident, but phone ins, message boards etc are full of narrow minded, blinkered biggots. YOU REDS!!
I talk to one who comes in the pub every sunday where i work and he's the same. When it happened last year he couldn't believe that Morgan had stayed on the pitch and even said it was 100% intentional. So why can't the rest of the blunts fans finally wake up and admit what Morgan actually is.
