A Burnley Fans View On The Supposedly Handball

Have to say that from where I was sat (pretty much smack bang centre) it looked to me like a professional unable to hit the net from 2 yards rather than a handball. Bottom line, Cotterill didn't whinge about it and he always grabs an excuse.

It was without a doubt, 100% a handball, I had a clear view of it and couldn't believe that it wasn't given by the ref or the unbelievably inept linesman down that side. I thought it was more ball to hand than owt else but he still kept it out of the net so it should have been a penalty.

Not that I'm complaining, it's about time we had some luck, so I'll take that!

did you see sheff utd Handballs!? now they were blatent and no pen was given nt

 

i can only presume ref thought it was ball to hand - which would make sense

in which case, it's no foul, no penalty and no sending off.

it did hit his hand though from where i was sitting
