Everyone needs to calm down. It is frustrating seeing the team lose and not perform. But last season we needed a striker and a centre half before we got promoted. We have gone up a division with the same bunch of players, with a few exceptions and still havent addressed last seasnon flaws. The trasnfer window is open let us see what happens. We need around 50 points to stay in the division. there are 19 games left. 6 wins and 6 draws is an achievable target. Remember 4th from bottom is good enough to keep us up. If we go down then the signings we make need to be better than the players we have already got to enable us to compete again for an imeedaite return. Davey must see what we see. the current squad doest have enough quality to compete at this level over a season. if he can get in the players to compete for the next 19 games then we have a chance. When we came up every one new it would be a tough ride. So lets get behind the super reds. they need us.

We haven't got enough home games to get 6 wins and 6 draws from...

Only one away point since Colchester is hellish form.

Well we are going to have to get some points on the road then. Dont ask me where! I was so dissapointed after the Sheff Wed game that i felt like a lot of people on here. I couldn't see where we were going to get our next goal never mind our next 3 points. then I remembered where we were last season. I would rather not but if we have to go back down to come back up then its not the end of the world. if we dont improve the squad and go back down then we should be worried. Football is a funny game and I think we can get enough points to stay up. I think today has been made worse because all the other results around us didnt go our way. Which means we are in bottom 3 and everyone is panicing.

    There's no such thing

as going down to come back up - when we went down in 1959 everybody thought we'd be straight back. It took 22 YEARS!!

Last time round it took 3 and we were bloody lucky.

yeah but whats worrying is if he brings in these better players i doubt wether he has the ability to mould them into a team capable of winnning enough games for us to survive!
