They have already set a precedent with FA Cup games against Rochdale and Brighton being moved for TV in the past.
Yeah I just thought it admirable that FC Utd had at least tried to look after the traditions of the game. A futile task I know.
They have to say all the right things - because of why they started - they would look hypocritical if not. The bit about Monday night being inconvenient is bull - they play night matches in the league they are in and opened their ground against Benfica on a Thursday night (I think).
That being said, they've admitted it themselves that they may eventually have to conform to certain things such as sponsorship if they ever want to get as far as possible. Sent from my SM-G900F using Tapatalk
The tuesday night matches are the fixtures already down on the fixture list. I understand their views. For example our match against Sheff Utd will be another 12:45 ko. Which is always an awkward time for supporters.
Weren`t Monday nights being inconvenient, feedback from the survey of Members. Would be interesting to see what our own clubs fans thought on the worst of the 4 days or 3 days for tv.
