A clue of the football to come..

    If you've got Player (or a good memory), there was one passage of play last Saturday that I haven't seen a team of ours put together for years. Some lovely little one touch passing at speed before the perfect first time cross from the left (Dudgeon?) was headed just wide by Rose who'd left his marker brilliantly. It all happened in the blink of an eye. Was actually in conflict with most of the fare served up on the day, but still, I'm taking it as a sign.

    think it was rnl cross but a good build up but poor finish

    It was a superb delivery first time whoever it was. Danny's finish let it down, but he gets into these positions a lot. Fox int box.
