I didn't get to the Blackpool game so can't comment on how they played, but I thought Peterbrough were the best side I've seen at Oakwell this season - that doesn't mean to say they're a very good side, just better than what we've seen so far at home. They got the tactics right with the big front 2 literally winning every header as we know and creating numerous chances as a result. I never thought I'd say this but we really missed Foster last night, although still not the tallest at least he can win headers! My biggest concern still remains the defence. I thought our formation was not the best, as happened on Saturday, Mellis was pushed too far up the pitch for my liking. Yes, he has a new role as our attacking midfielder, but when did you ever see Butterfield continually sat on the shoulder of the defenders? I'm not saying he should come too deep, but their was too much space between Hassell and Davies, that's where Mellis should be operating - Dagnall ended up coming back a lot as a result. Peterbrough deployed similar tactics to Ipswich which was to press the first ball on the defence and the rest sit deep, we just didn't have the nouse to break them down. We had enough of the ball but just couldn't hurt them. Hopefully away from home we will actually get more joy because teams at home won't generally be so defensive and will commit more men forward creating more space.
